ABOUT ME

Hello! I’m Frederico Schroeder, a professional conlanger and writing-system designer specializing in fictional worlds, games, literature, and other narrative universes. Constructed languages and writing systems have been my passion for more than two decades, and I have professionally created more than 200 languages for clients around the world.

I design original languages shaped by the history, cultures, peoples, and stories of each fictional setting. Every project is created from the ground up specifically for its universe, from its sound system, grammar, and vocabulary to its writing system and broader cultural identity. I also create original alphabets, syllabaries, logographic systems, and other forms of fictional writing, either as part of a complete language or as independent projects.
